1. The service
GVGEO provides website GEO/readiness auditing, citation-readiness analysis, live AI Visibility measurement, reports, monitoring, content-assistance tools, repair suggestions, WordPress deployment workflows and related diagnostics. Features can vary by plan, provider availability and current product configuration.
2. No ranking, inclusion, citation or traffic guarantee
Audit scores and recommendations describe observed website conditions or sampled external responses. They do not reveal proprietary ranking algorithms and do not guarantee indexing, ranking, AI inclusion, citation, recommendation, traffic, revenue or any other result. AI and search systems can change without notice and can return different answers for the same or similar questions.
Third-party measurement is not a substitute for first-party tools such as your own analytics, server logs or search-engine consoles. You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate for your site.
4. Generated questions, drafts and recommendations
AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your context. Review generated questions, copy, structured data and repair suggestions before publishing them. Do not publish fabricated statistics, testimonials, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims or other high-impact assertions merely because an AI system generated them.
You remain responsible for the content you publish and for confirming that it is accurate, lawful, properly licensed and consistent with your editorial standards.
5. WordPress deployment and rollback
GVGEO only creates supported WordPress deployment jobs after an explicit product action. The connector may reject or mark a change for manual handling when an existing SEO plugin, physical robots.txt file, page builder or other site condition makes automatic writing unsafe. A successful API response is not a promise that every front-end cache or third-party layer has already refreshed.
You should maintain your own website backups and staging process for important sites. Connector rollback snapshots are a safety feature, not a replacement for a complete site backup. GVGEO is not responsible for unrelated site changes made by other users, plugins, themes or hosting systems between deployment and rollback.
6. Accounts, plans, quotas and billing
You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity performed through it. Plan limits, monthly AI Visibility runs, Content AI limits, saved projects, batch limits and WordPress capabilities are determined by the active plan shown in the product. We may enforce rate limits and concurrency limits in addition to plan quotas to protect the service and external-provider capacity.
Where PayPal automatic renewal is enabled, the checkout flow identifies the plan, billing cycle, price and currency before approval. Cancelling automatic renewal stops future recurring billing but does not itself refund the current paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. Suspension and abuse prevention
We may throttle, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, infrastructure or third-party services; respond to abuse, fraud or security events; enforce these terms; or comply with law. Where practical, we will distinguish temporary provider failures from misuse rather than treating every failed request as abuse.
8. Third-party services
Some features depend on independent providers for AI/search retrieval, model inference, email, OAuth, payment or hosting. Their availability, policies, models and outputs are outside GVGEO’s control. Use of those features may be subject to the provider’s own terms. See Third-Party Services & Data Processing for the main data flows.
9. Service availability, warranties and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We work to operate it reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or uninterrupted access to third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GVGEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from reliance on generated recommendations, external-provider behavior, ranking changes or unauthorized use of your account.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update features, quotas, providers or these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, when appropriate, additional notice in the product. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
